Strobe control panel

This is a panel that indicates (Shows) what type of lights you have active, to make this function you need to code it into the XML (this does not come with lights this only comes with the panel) (This is also NOT IC computable as of right now "1/18/2024')

Please note this does require a basic understanding of Giants Editor or XML.
